Use to soak stainless steel and acrylic cooking utensils as well as post pans etc. Low strength Sanisoak (50ml in 10litres) for use on surfaces
which are subject to low levels of contamination or were contact times can be extended.
Sanisoak 700 is a specialist QAC-based disinfection fluid for sanitising catering tools and equipment by immersion. A pale green liquid with a pleasant “detergent” odour, it is effective against a variety of micro-organisms and is useful where Chlorine based solution are inappropriate.
Sanisoak 700 has passed the Contact Taint Test and is therefore safe to use without post treatment rinsing. It is available in 1 litre bottles or 5 litre jerry cans (consult Land & Marine for application advice, if required).
